Strange start up repair loop

Hello guys, I have a strange problem about start up repair loop.

However, this "strange" start up repair loop is always fixed by itself. It will be fixed after i let my PC for about 10 minutes, and messing up with the advanced boot menu (like safe mode, disable driver signature, etc) couple times (yes, a lot restart). After/if the OS boots, then there will be no more start up repair again if I restart/shutdown the PC.

Unfortunately, the problem is always comeback. It's back afer i installed a new driver software or any windows updates that requires restart.

Actually, I'm tired now to try solving this problem. Right now I'm in conclusion that it might be hardware problem, or windows 8.1 problem. Because i never experience this while using Windows 7 1 year earlier. (same HW, nothing changed)

Before i messing up with changing hardware, or rolling back to windows 7, maybe anyone here have some workaround i missed.
I have tried a couple workaround about start up repair loop issues during my search, including:

  • Enter every list in advanced boot menu.
  • Running sfc /scannow, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (with installation disc) command
  • Running BootRec.exe /fixmbr /fixboot /rebuildbcd etc command
  • System restore
  • Reset/refresh windows
  • Clean re-install windows 8.1
  • Some workaround i forget..
I have been through this problem for about 4 months maybe, so i really not remember everything i have tried.
Thank you.
