You can do it with theme work as shown in the thread. But it's much easier with Blinds. To change it in the theme you have to use a resource editor like Resource Hacker.
What I'm saying is for the caption bar text to be a different color, someone must either go into the theme files with a resource editor and change it, or you use a commercial tool that makes it easy to do it for you, like Windows Blinds. Unfortunately there's no Registry setting for the color. Even the Explorer background color when I wanted to set it to Antique White I asked Bongo in the Customization and Themes forum to do it for me.
