Does monitor have to turn on if recording w/WMC from sleep

Is there a setting some where that will keep the monitor from turning on when WMC scheduled recordings record while the computer is in sleep mode?

Right now if the machine is asleep and a scheduled recording starts, the monitor turns on. It doesn't show WMC, it shows what ever was on the screen when I put it to sleep.

I realize that I could turn off the monitor, but it just seems like there should be a better fix than that.

Thanks

I would say the recording is taking the PC out of sleep mode and that's what is turning on the monitor. I don't think there is much you can do about that, other than turning the monitor off..
