What are these files I found on my DSLR's SD card?

I found these files on my SD card what are they? they do not get deleted. Please Help... I Have NIKON D5100 Dslr.... Untitled.pngUntitled1.png

They may be corrupted files/folders.

Have you tried copying all of the pictures off the card and then formatting the card to see if that cleans it up?Have you tries a different card?
