help with event log

hi I'm having problems with an app that came pre-installed with my msi laptop, the app is called dragon Gaming centre, i can't open the app, if i try and run it, the uac message pops up asking do i want to run the app but when i click yes nothing happens and if i try and click on the tray icon it disappears, I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but it didn't help, here are the event log files attached
