Solved changing the login method (from just password to username)

I read on a few sites that i can change the login method in gpedit.mse. hgow do I do it?
I run windows 8.1 Pro on a custom build.

I haven't done it but it's critical to get the name right, it's gpedit.msc. It's a console that opens. Press the Windows key + R to get the traditional Run dialog box visible and type the name..
