How Can I Get JRD MMI Test On My Android To Go Away?

Hey all, it's TheMuffinMan and I have a problem, not relating to windows 8 btw, with my android. A few days ago, it started popping up with JRD MMI test, which wanted to test the functionality of the phone. Thinking it would go away after completing it, I had finished it, but shortly after it popped up again, randomly calling 911. As you can see, that would be a huge problem for it to happen again. (I had to call the sheriff's office to tell them it was an accident :shock If someone can tell me how to get rid of this stupid JRD MMI test, PLEASE tell me.
