Hi! I recently installed Windows 8 Pro on my ancient Acer Aspire 4736 laptop. Was actually an in-place upgrade, it had been running Windows 7 Ultimate before. So installed some updates. After installing them, I noticed that when I entered the PC info page (or system properties), Explorer crashes. I searched the problem in the internet, and I found out that I should remove the KB2871389 update. It worked, but I'm not happy.
Is there anyway that I could install the said update but get no more crashes from the said situation?
PS just reply the files I'll need to be uploading. Thanks
