Solved Computer running slow, Very High Memory use for no reason.

I'm not sure whats wrong with my pc. I haven't downloaded anything recently and im not running anything big enough to cause my pc to act like this. Anyone know what the problem could be, and maybe a solution?

Post a screenshot of Task Manager - Performance tab showing the Memory (not CPU) information.

I just restarted my computer, and when I logged on, the whole screen was black and I couldn't click anything, also I opened task manager using CTRL + ALT + DEL, Closed a few things and my taskbar appeared, and I hit the windows button on my keyboard to open the windows 8 home screen, and then clicked desktop and, everything was normal.

Also, My system program (as below) is running so much memory? The problem here is I'd really just like to stop these insignificant programs from using so much memory, Like they shouldn't be using anywhere near that much. right?

The amount of memory used by that process is not at all unusual and really quite trivial. It's impact on performance is far below what could be measured.
