Message says I don't have permission

I have a picture that I took with my own camera, and I edited it on PSP 7 and when I go to upload it to a site, like my website or Google+ it tells me I don't have permission to use it. WTH... IT's MINE! What's going on?

Google is odd when it comes to Creative Commons Licensing and Copyrights. You may have to remove any Exif data from the photo, or just use Flickr.
