Cant able to create recovery media in ACER ASPIRE V3-571

i have acer aspire v3-571..... windows 8 pre installed.... the problem is with "creating recovery media or disc"....
when i try to create recovery using ACER RECOVERY MANAGEMENT......
system replies

"HARDWARE SETTING IS NOT SET TO DEFAULT" ... so i cant take recovery
now when i try to refresh my pc it ask to insert "insert recover media"
what can i do......?

the pc came with windows 8 and most likely was upgraded to windows 8.1..

that broke the link to the factory recovery..

You can download windows 8.1 media - link in sig below..

So got to ask - you want to go back to factory 8 and upgrade?
Or clean install windows 8.1?

s sir.. i am upgraded from windows 8 to 8.1...
now i want to comeback to windows 8...
then the another thing is my system came with windows 8, but then itself i cant take recovery using acer recovery managment ..... its reply" hardware setting is not set to default"

type> list partition
type> list volume
type> exit
type> reagentc /info

since you missed - list volume

search H for install.wim or install.swm

you are looking for either of those two files.

i cant get you....
can you explain in detail?
i think recovery partition is hidden rite?
and drive H is not the recovery partition drive....
please explain in detail sir...

the files you are looking for are rather large - 10 -20 GB files.. The hidden recovery partition(s) you see are the Recovery Tools..

You need to find the recovery image - install.wim

Minitool is no good for this. You need partitionguru.

the "recovery" partition you see is not the Recoveryimage partition.. But the recovery tools partition..

Based on your volumes which all have drive letters assigned - if you have a factory recovery image (install.wim or install.swm) it will be found by searching one of your drives..

I suspect you DO NOT have a factory recovery image..
