All Icons in Metro mode have become very large - How to change it back

It only fits two rows of apps and even the metro app I've been working on now has everything sized funny. This could come up as something that will bother users and make our apps look terrible without the user even knowing why.

What is your screen resolution set to?

You might check using the tutorial below to see if this may be the issue.

My desktop is still the same resolution it always is 1600x900 but yes, metro almost seems like it's running under a different resolution. I don't believe it is the just the number of rows as all the apps appear to be running bigger than normal.

As a test, try OPTION TWO in the tutorial I posted above to restore the default number of rows for your screen resolution to see if that may help.

This may be as simple as going into Ease of Access settings from the Start Screen. Turn off "Make everything on your screen bigger".
