help find migration overview - from 7 to 8.1

I've been running Windows 7 for a long time and just purchased a new laptop with 8.1
The gestalt of the interface is totally different and, while I imagine that the guts are similar, I'm looking to speed my transition with some help.
Can you point me to articles, web sites, etc that focus on Windows 8 for Windows 7 users.

But, I'm still hoping to find something written specifically for W7 to W8.1 migration.
There have to be a ton of cases of "I used to do this and I went there and did that...what do I do now?" type Qs

one of the best things I first learned when migrating was right clicking on the Microsoft icon lower left of desktop for all kinds of system stuff ., then it was the Settings on the charms bar , and recently the charms Setting when you have a Start Screen app open ,its settings just for that App , that's a real good one to know .


and then there is Google.com it finds all kinds of stuff .good luck ,happy hunting ,
