Well, the PC is not booting up to windows 8. There is a problem with it. I can purchase windows 7 disks cheaper so I thought If I could install it on the PC why not try. Makes Sense? Thanks
If Windows 8 is not booting, can you perform a Factory Restore through the recovery partition or use Recovery Disks hopefully you created when you got the computer.
silly me- i did not create disks after i got the computer so when i turm it on it say preparing recovery and just stays there, goes nowhere. no windows comes up. it is just dead.
