How can i install Windows Essentials on windows 8/8.1 ?

When downloading it and start installing it it's asking for .net 3.0 framework to be installed but it's very old the .net 3.0 couldn't find where to download it.

Is there anything else to do ?

Win+X->Programs and Features->Turn Windows Features on or off then put a check mark on the first box then click OK.
