File History seen by other accounts

I have 3 different user accounts set up on my main desktop, Mine which is the only one that has admin. rights, Wife and Child. Each is password protected.

When ever the child account tries to access my regular files threw file explorer it is denied because of the password (this is working as planed).

However, when I set up file history for each account and saved it to another HD (z:), the child account can work their way down threw all the folders and view my files that are suppose to be password protected.

How do I use File History and keep it password protected so others can not access them?

Thanks,

Is the second drive Internal or External? I've seen a few times where passworded Folders lost that protection when put on a different drive or computer. Did you try protecting them again on the new location?

It is an internal HD, when I say it is PW protected I mean that since the user account has a password and I have not shared the file/folder then who ever needs to know my PW to view the file. So to answer your question, No I have not did anything else.
