Clean-Up Image is Unknown 8.1

Not sure what is going on here. I was having trouble adding a user account. Not sure why. I did the DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command and it said clean-image option is unknown. The sfc /scannow worked. If you see my posting history, the DISM command was working last week. I didn't add anything or change anything. Any idea why this is no longer working?

This is what I am typing in directly Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth The DISM command is right after system32> no spaces...and there is one space after each of the / commands for example Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth

Right click it & choose Run as administrator.
