Solved Can i put windows 8 on my laptop ? Hardware specs inside

I have Toshiba harman/kardon with intel cpu t3400 2.16ghz and 3072MB ram.
There was windows xp on the laptop before now i'm going to format the laptop and put a new clean windows on it.

What windows version i can put on it higher then windows xp ? Will it hold winmdws 8/8.1 ?
