MY Own Desktop Folder Stuffs going to the Wrong folder

Windows 8.1 Dell 6006 Desktop

G/Day to all How come all Desktop My Folder’s Stuff are now located Paths now in a Contacts Folder
Download ed was a “Folder” on My Desktop and was the “Default Folder” in

Firefox options >General >Save files to/
C:\Users\DazzlingDasha\Desktop\MMYY Downloaded A Download Folder

I created to By Pass "Library Downloads"

I do not use the >Windows> Library> Downloads Folder

For some reason They now go Via
This Route: PC Users > DazzlingDasha > Contacts > Desktop > AAAAAA DOWNLOADS

How can I start Back to where I was again can you Help Please Dasha
