Windows 8 Automatic Repair Loop - Cannot refresh/reset PC

Hello I'm new here. I just recently been plagued with the Windows 8 Automatic Repair Loop.

When it boots and cannot automatically repair it states "Automatic repair cannot fix your computer Log file: C:\windows\System32\Logfile\Srt\SrtTrail.txt" and then gives me the options to Refresh my PC or Reset my PC.

I attempted to refresh and it said "The drive where Windows 8 is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again"

I also attempted a reset and it said "Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing."

Then I attempted to use the command prompt in Advanced options to chkdsk /f C: but it said "The type of the file system is RAW. CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives."

and also attempted sfc /scannow and it said "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service"

I'm running low on options and my last resort is to send it to a computer shop. Although I seen a method using diskpart in CMD but I'm not too familiar with it and it says it could possibly make things worst so I haven't attempted that.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
