Solved [HELP] How to Restore Windows 8.1 from WindowsImageBackup

so before I tried Windows 10 I made a WindowsImageBackup of my Windows 8.1 .. but I forgot to make a System Rescue Disk (or whatever it was called) .. what I only have is a Folder from that "System Image Backup" I pressed on the lower-right side of File History .. I cant seem to find out how I can restore my system from this folder, nor how can I make it a system repair disk .. hope someone can help me out :)

The easiest way to back up is: Macrium Reflect Free

The Video is for backing up Windows 10 and is the same procedure for Windows 8/8.1. To restore Windows, just boot up the Rescue disk made from the Video then select the Image to restore.
