Hi everyone 
Recently i had a huge problem.As the title says,no apps including windows store app is working on my computer besdies when i tried to run windows update it freezes and nothing works even when i tried to run windows update troubleshooting it also freezes in checking registry keys!
I believe that all this problems stared when AVG free antivirus detected a problem and asked me to put something in quarantine but i already completely removed it and nothing changed!
I tried to make a back factory reset but it shows me an error saying that a back factory is not possible because something is messing i thing because i have done the upgrade from windows 8 to windows 8.1 which may removed the recovery files or something!!
I would really appreciate any help you could give me regarding my following problems.:thumb:
