Solved Lock Screen Problem

My problem is that my lock screen picture is not showing/displaying(default lock screen is showing) at all after I on my laptop. But if I just restart it, the picture is showing. How to fix this? Thanks! =)

OK, I am back with you on this:
There's is a difference between the Lock screen and Sign in screen. By default, Windows use the same image for both Lock screen & Sign in screen.
