Dear fellows.
After my windows 7 went down for some period and I couldn't have it fixed, Today I went to download a new version, windows 8.1. somehow I decided to format everything, and when I went to the system disk, at the first I tried to install the new windows into that disk but everytime I tried, It always says "No free space in this local, Windows requires 6018 MB free space". that system disk has had only the old version, which was windows 7 only installed in it. So, I decided to format it since it has nothing, only more taken space. now after I formatted it and continue'd the install. suddenly.. PC got auto restarted.. Well at the first I thought that the installation was done and yeah.. the new windows started loading it self but after the startup load finished, All what I could've seen is a black screen. I Restarted my computer, and now all what I can see is that; "Your PC needs to be repaired.. the boot confuring data is missing or it contains error"

NOTE: I took this screenshot from google, it's actually shows the same for my PC but with the windows 8 format.

Any ideas?

Was it a Windows 8.1 ISO you downloaded and burned to DISK or USB, full retail version or upgrade and where did you download it from?

I also suggest you perform a hard disk diagnostic through the BIOS.

Did you get a license/product code/COA sticker with that copy of 8.1? What do you mean buy "custom installation"?
