The cursor from the mouse on our Windows 8.1 desktop keeps showing the little thing going around and around. It does it twice at a time. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Hi WilliamsJesse, I see it is a wireless mouse. The kind with the little USB dongle? Have you tried uninstalling it then reboot and re-install?
Also be sure your USB port is not allowed to sleep.

You have anti-virus and run Malwarebytes? Running out of suggestions other than a refresh.
Have you run a memory test? Also a chkdsk /r.

A refresh of what? The bios or the screen? I refreshed the screen and it didn't help either.

A refresh install. Would try a memory test and chkdsk /r first. I always exhaust all tools before taking extreme measures.

It is on the hard drive. There should be an Acer recovery management tool in your programs. You should also use it first to make a recovery USB flash drive or DVD. Whatever it allows.
