Appltn scrns auto shift fullscreen to minizd repeatedly

I have a problem with my display, application screens(internet browsers, media player etc. and not windows explore, blender 3d) are automatically shifting to full screen and restore down state repeatedly, this annoying shaking/jumping not let me to do anything not even letting to do tasks like alt+tab or maximizing other apps from taskbar.
