I tried 10 but found it no different to 8.1. I know its early days. I noticed a few bugs as well. When its all clear it should be called 8.2. If you are thinking of trying it go for it but it really is a waste of time. The only difference is quicker startup / shutdown times.

Still very early stage in development. Yes, right now, it does look like cosmetic change to 8.1 and more like 8.2 but with new kernel (it will be 10xxxxxx) a lot of other stuff is coming which can't be implemented on old kernel and system as whole. Seems like MS has decided introduce new things step by step instead of PR debacle with Win8.
There are many new devices and new technology for computers coming and lust drivers for them are not going to make them work, Api-s and other stings have to be implemented and all that warrants new system approach. So we are looking at many more changes, much more important than just cosmetics.

Yes Mike, eventually I am sure it will be great. I like a lot of others should not jump in so early, we are eager beavers. Oh well, live and learn. Thanks for your info btw.
