Where to add startup entry for earliest possible execution

Hi there!

I need to add a batch file to startup, but it needs to execute soon enough, so its results can already be used at the user login by several applications that have autostart enabled.

Where would i need to add such an entry for the batch file? Adding it as a Windows service maybe? I know the steps for creating most of these different entries, I just need to know where to create a startup entry so it executes the earliest time possible.

Thanks!

    Other Info
Some of the hardware might seem odd (PSU, SSD), but I'm not wasting money on replacing perfectly functional hardware only because a newer version is out. Nor am I willing to pay extortion money for replacements or intended upgrades (GPU, RAM), especially if that "upgrade" has a hardware design flaw (CPU).
