I have a color printer on the network. Printing a page from a website takes "forever". Actually it never finished. The page is about 1MB. Looking at the DU Meter Stopwatch the data rate on the network was about 250 Kb/s. Printing exactly the same page from my computer (the website is mine) was very quick and the data rate was about 8 Mb/s. My download/upload speeds are 10 Mb/s and 1.5 Mb/s. I don't have this problem with Windows 7.
I suspect this is a quirk of the beta Win 8. Any thoughts?

- I worked my up from a virtual machine, to a slow 32-bit celeron and now two monitors on my XPS8100. Works great!
