I have recently been experiencing a no sound issue after I installed a new graphics card. This caused a red circle and slash to be around my sound meter/bar in the bottom right corner. I got the red circle and slash removed by toying around with audio options but I still have no sound. I think all I need to do is align settings back to the way they were. I am dealing with Realtek audio and a new Nvidia graphics card and cant seem to get the settings to align. Can someone please assist? Thanks.

Windows 8.1
Nvidia GeForce 8400gs
Realtek audio
