Does anyone know what this is and is it something I should be worrying about?

I have been searching The Internet and as far as I can figure out the WUDFRd driver has been mentioned with regards to Logitech devices. I don't have and Logitech devices, however I do have a wireless keyboard and mouse which is connected using a USB stick. They are branded Lenovo as they came with the computer.
