All programs and OS are "hanging", BIG ISSUE!

By hanging i mean all programs stop responding however videos, file transfers and things that are already going on (anti virus scan, etc) still go on.
I have to force shut down my computer (hold the power button).

This happens about 10-20 mins after starting up my computer.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.

PS I ran all kinds of anti malware, anti adware, anti virus, anti autoexec, anti phising, and more.
Something weird i noticed is that something (a program i assume) always tries to put off my auto updates but winpatrol detects it and i never allow it to make those changes.

Drivers are updated.

Malwarebytes found 5, but by the time it found those 5, ALL programs were hung up including malwarebytes. Spywareterminator found 11, same problem, it got hung up.

These was a damn big hell of a problem that happened to me but i fixed it by the Chkdsk /r /f scan command in cmd then reboot your pc it will take a long time (took me 7 hours).

I ran multiple anti malware, anti virus, anti autorun and anti adware and after completing all those in the limited time i had it seemed to be fixed. I'll just do what you suggested just in case.
