Windows 8 Messed up after Usb boot

I have a Windows 8 64 bit Desktop Pc. My dad has it set up so we are a restricted profile. I decided to boot Windows 8.1 off a flashdrive so I would have my own computer basically.Iv been booting off the flashdrive for about 3 days. I created it with Wintousb. Today I installed some programs on the flashdrive and messed up Windows 8. I can boot normally into windows 8 and login and everyuthing but i ca not save ton the desktop and Word,Google Earth,steam,and adobe will not run they all get errors. Word says Can n ot create temp system variable. I can than keep clicking through the errors and eventually use it but when i try to save i get more errors. I googled around and fixed some things with regedit but it didnt help. I also tried to go to the user folder from C:/users/zfamily(Our user) but i get permission denied please ask your administartor for permission. I beliove if i can regain permission to that folder all the problems will be fixed because most errors occur somewere in that folder. Is there anyway i can fix this with being an admin or asking my dad to help? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Im pretty good at computer stuff. So if its complicated i can probaly figure it out.

System Restore to before this happened should fix it.

That does require Administrator access though.

Thanks I Know how to do a system restore but it does require administartor permsiison. Do you think you may know what he problem is though? Do you think if I we ophancrack and vt the passwor I can fix it?
