I just upgraded to 8.1 a few days ago and just noticed that I am having an issue with certain apps. What my issue is, is if I go to play Solitaire the cards seem to freeze or go in slow motions. I also am having trouble with a few games doing the same thing. They are Metal of Honor Warfighter and Battlefield 3 and 4.
My CPU is an Intel i7-4770 3.40GHz, I have 8 G of ram and my video card is an NVIDIA GT365 with drivers 331.82. Everything ran fine before the update.
I just noticed that there is not Restore with 8.1, but a Refresh. I also saw that a Refresh would return it to Windows 8, but I would lose and application that were installed from disk or download. If this is true would that mean any since the upgrade or any apps installed under those conditions?
