Can't open .txt , .msi files as "Run as Administrator"

    Hi All,

I am really annoyed by one error I keep getting. I was just about to develop a website from the scratch so just wanted to have everything setup before starting. So, I installed apache server on my system. Now the issue is, I am not able to update config 'httpd' file as it shows "Access is denied" error. When I try opening the txt file using "Run as Administrator" an error pops out - "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action ... bla bla". I have tried many things but I am not able to fix this. In what time period I would have significantly created my site, I am just trying to fix this thing. Please please please help me.

Hello Sprite, and welcome to Eight Forums.

I'm not sure about having "Run as administrator" with a .txt file since it's not an executable file type.

However, you might see if this below may work for .msi files.
