You can find OSes to install "in the wild" that have been completely patched up to date upon install.

Whether you trust them or not is definitely up to you, but in the rare times I've relied on them, I haven't been able to see any issues.
That doesn't mean issues weren't there though. Like I said, your call.

I've made Windows 7 SP1 x86 .iso before it was even available officially and shared it...those that downloaded definitely did not recieve malware from me.
