Windows cursor problem

Hello , when i hover my cursor on top of the screen so i can switch screens, there's no more a hand cursor showing that ive reached the limit so i can drag it , but remains the same basic windows cursor.
So this is missing and i've just the default windows cursor but its still working

Hey mate, Not quite sure what you're having trouble with, cause I wasn't able to understand.

Are you talking about switching between apps, as in the pictures:

If so, just move your mouse to the very very top left corner. The cursor won't change, but your recent app will appear. Slide the mouse straight down to display the list of all opened apps. With touch screens, you can use your fingers to switch apps by sliding them across the screen from the far left [middle part of the] screen all the way to the center, in the process pulling your recent app along for the ride in order to view it.
