Some weird program running in the background

Hello, every time I start up my laptop this program starts running. I do not know what it is and can't figure out what it's called so I can't close it.

I can see it running when I switch between tabs. Here is a screenshot of it in between of Chrome and my desktop:



Does anybody know what it is and how to get rid of it?

Yes, that is the problem indeed. This is the actual size I see this. I thought maybe the icon would be recognized by someone.

I can't read what it says, because it won't open.

When you switch between tabs, the one selected gets large. Can you take a screen shot of that .. Print screen?

But you should be able to see it in Task Manager.

Yes, usually the selected tabs gets large. Unfortunately, this one doesn't.

I have checked the task manager and I see no program with this icon either.

I would guess, that it is a metro app, Chrome related. Does it run, when Chrome is closed?
Check startup items, lets say with https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner check scheduled tasks as well.
Also check the task manager, I prefer Process Hacker myself, it shows, what process runs an application.

Aha, yes it's related to Chrome.
