Hey

My computer is stuck on a weird screen. When I start it I get to the welcome screen with the time date etc and then I get to a blue screen but I can't log in it does not even appear. I only see a switch off button , language option and my mouse but I can't do anything

A picture of the screen helps. Sounds like a blank Metro screen. Try Windows key along with pressing the D key.

Boot into safe mode and select an earlier restore point. Failing that you may have to Troubleshoot/Repair your system. Did you create a USB Recovery drive or Windows installation discs?

Boot into safe mode by pressing the F8 key repeatedly until it starts, you may have to do this a few times.
