How do I run a ".script" file

So, since I've not received help from anybody till now regarding my original problem, I googled up the error that I am facing and found a website, where some guy uploaded a "script" file, which seems to fix the problem that I am facing. I downloaded the file, but I don't know how to execute it. :( Can somebody please tell me, how to execute this script? I am in a really dire situation. :cry: Any help would be appreciated. :)

Seems like a fancy INI file -See here for more details regarding usage.
