In Windows 8.1 Update, I noticed that, in the "Change Setting, Action Center" window in the "Control Panel", the "Microsoft Account", "Windows Activate", "Windows Backup" and "Apps launcher" alerts can not be disable even with a local account of Administrators type. How come? What is the meaning of these alerts? How do I disable them?
