Solved Start Menu Tlies cleaed by policy - Can I save them?

If appears that my company's policy seems reset my Start Screen and I loose all my tiles.

Is there some way I can put all the tiles back, take some sort of "copy" of them so that next time it happens I can simply copy them back.
