I have a license for both and am thinking to install Windows 8.1 again on my laptop.
Windows 7 Pro did offer me higher benchmarks, but I don't know, the laptop felt snappier in Windows 8.1 for some reason.
My laptop originally came with Windows 8.1 single Language
now before I format, shall I install Windows 8.1 Single Language that came with my laptop or my own copy of 8.1 Pro?
Is Pro heavier by any chance because it has Bitlocker, the ability to connect to a Workgroup, Hard Drive encryption, etc?
If the performance is the same then I'll install 8.1 Pro but if you think Single Language is lighter, then I'll stick to that
please advice
