Hello,
I have had my Windows 8-running Lenovo for about 2 years, and it has worked fine for me until recently. In the past 7-12 months (?) I have experienced issues with ALL of the apps on my windows 8 start menu. First off, my start menu immediately reloads all the apps whenever I open it. This isn't really devastating, and I can live with it. However, during the aforementioned time period, my start menu apps open and provide me with a continuous loading screen. I've let it go for about an hour before I shut it off. This prevents me from upgrading to 8.1, and installing + using Skype. Please help.
