i to all!

I just bought a hew hp pavilion touchmart 14 PC ad I really liked it. However, after I upgraded it from windows 8 to windows 8.1, it started to boot twice when I want to boot it. First, it shows hp logo and a moving circle beneath it which is usual (in windows 8) and then it's wireless icon turns on and black screen appears for welcome screen. however at this point it turns completely black and it's wireless button turns orange (which means off) and it starts to boot again showing hp logo and a moving circle beneath it. After that, black screen appears again and it waits for like 20 seconds in this situation, then it shows welcome screen. It really annoys me because all of this process takes more than 3-4 minutes. Before upgrading to windows 8.1 it just takes 20 seconds.

Also this isn't the only problem, when I want to put my computer on sleep mode and awake it, it shows me black screen and then it starts to act like I shut it down, not going sleep mode means all of the running programs are closed, I lost all of my data. I tried every solution on the internet, I updated all of my devices (also bios) and none of them worked.

I checked my event viewer and there are 4 warnings consequently every time when I boot my computer on the list. It says "The speed of processor 1 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report." Also there is an error just few seconds before these warnings and says "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000113 (0x0000000000000017, 0xffffe000656dc540, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP". There is a relation between this warnings and my problem I guess.

Thanks for your help.

Btw my computer is Intel 1.6 Ghz, 8 GB ram, 750 gb harddisk, Intel and radeon graphics card.
