Deleting Ghost No-Byte Files

For about a month now Iv'e had these two 0-Bytes Ghost Files just kicking around. They just won't delete, tried a bunch of programs, tried taking ownership, tried slapping the pc. Nothing

Any ideas.?

If you're sure they have no use you can use a Linux Live CD like Ubuntu and delete them that way. Just boot up the CD and access your file system that way.
