Memory / inpage error

Hello everyone,

I'm new to windows 8. I have a easynote te, packard bell, bought this year. Tonight it appears that i could not use it anymore, i could just access to the desk but could not click on anything, it would not react. After a while and after having rebooted it several times, a blue screen showed up and mention it was a memory problem, with an "inpage error" or something like this. I tried to use the safe mod by using the f8 keynote but it did not work. Basically, i can't use it anymore, not even open the dashboard.

Download "Who Crashed" from majorgeeks.com and post the output from what the dump log states. Try resetting the RAM modules. Did the computer come with Windows 8 pre-installed on it, when you purchased it?

Sorry but my computer can not do anything, it does not click. I can not even use internet, i use another computer now. It gave different messages everytime, the last one is this : instruction at 0x00433710 uses memory address 0xffffffff, memory can not be read.

I also received this message C:/program files x86 microsoft office / office 15 / 1033 / onintl.dll might deal zith an error. Error : 0x000012f.

Sorry i forgot to answer to your question : yes, windows was already set up when i purchased it.
