Hi, I'm new to Windows 8 but I'm currently using Calibre to manage my ebooks. Currently my books are being saved just by the authors name and all the series the author writes are just being grouped together. Is there a way for windows to organize my folders in a specific structure for example: Author>Series>title

You would need to look at the software you are using for the ebooks. The OS has nothing to do with how your ebooks are arranged within the software to read them.

Most e-reader software is limited in how to arrange your books within the software. If you start moving them out of the folder the e-reader keeps them in. You are going to start causing large headaches.
