How can I stop other PC users from seeing my onedrive fold

Hello,

I really like the onedrive PC feature from Microsoft. It allows to upload my work files seamlessly. But I do not want other PC users (different user accounts on the same computer) to access that folder. I know they might not be able to view the files but I also don't want them to see the content inside the folder.

Can it be done with the same old 'folder permission' settings? If yes, could somebody please guide me how to do that?

If the other user accounts are standard users and not administrators, then they will not be able to even open your "C:\Users\(user-name)" folder to see your OneDrive folder in it.

If the other users are administrators, then nothing will be able to stop them from being able to access anything on the PC since they have administrator rights.

Set Security permissions that only you can access the folder. If you need further help on this, just ask.

Actually I am talking about if the folder is not inside my user folder. Like it somewhere in a normal drive other than my personal documents folder, if that makes sense. Because I was able to change the directory where Onedrive was installed. It is now in my D drive.

Out of interest you guys, Microsoft Bitlocker? Lock the entire drive?
But I don't know how that will go being an active drive, files haring (cloud) I am not familiar with it.
