Solved Permission to all of Drivers (:F/, :E/, etc)

Fresh install of Windows 8.1 Pro x64. I click on my drives which has documents & games. It seems for every folder I have to allow access. Not only that but I can't delete files within these drives nor open or install.

How to grant full control of everything?

This is odd. I see you had problems in another post. Did this start happening after you installed Intel Rapid Storage?

Try running DISM to fix Component Store Corruption:

DISM - Fixing Component Store Corruption in Windows 8

What I did was use a rescue disk in this case Ubuntu 12.04 LTS burned onto a DVD and deleted corrupted file with absolute EASE!

It's labeled Windows 7. I've tried it before in Win7 actually but i'll see if the problem persists and see if this helps.

I have a RAID config. Now i'm done with RAID it's nothing but problems. Toooooooo much maintenance. It makes nothing fun.
